40 Days of Joy {day 12} - orderly

Spring cleaning is upon us.  I am so ready. 

I'm following along with Clean Mama's month of spring cleaning, and I so appreciate the small steps to a spring clean.

This is my dish cupboard.  It is the one and only thing in this entire house that is consistently orderly. Sometimes I just stand back and stare at it when I need a little peace.  One little corner of order brings so much joy.

I know what you mean! Once upon a time - I used to keep my cabinets (and drawers & closets..) very orderly, just to show that I wasn't REALLY a mess. Now, we live in a TINY house (975 sq ft for the 8 of us) and nothing is perfectly (or even nearly perfectly) tidy. There is no visual peace in my home & I can hardly stand it. I am constantly saying, "We need to get rid of more stuff!"

What kind of dishes are these? They are the most perfect colors of blue and green!

Oh, I love them so much!  They are Williams Sonoma Marketplace.  We got them on clearance at a Pottery Barn outlet about two years ago.  Not sure if they are still around or not . . .
